Prevention of power harassment

It is effective to conduct training on power harassment prevention and make it known. This should be done according to the levels of the employees. First of all, for regular employees, trainings focused on general messages and rules regarding power harassment are beneficial. When conducting such training, it is especially important to deal with definitions of power harassment interpreted by the company, with specific examples. It is also vital to indicate where to contact and how to manage situations if incidents happen.
